Returns
At Gripgy, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, we require:
- Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

- Tools may require a full charge before first use
- Battery performance can vary based on usage, environment, and handling
If You Experience Low Power or Battery Issues
Before requesting a return, please:
- Fully charge the battery for the recommended time
- Ensure the battery is properly installed
- Test the product under normal working conditions
Review Process for Battery/Electric Issues
If you believe your product is defective:
- You must provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue
- Our team will review the submitted evidence within 2–3 business days
Return & Refund Eligibility
- If the product is confirmed faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement or full refund
- If the issue is related to normal battery performance or improper usage, the return may be declined
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
